Relabee
Relabee is a Danish tech start-up that helps primary caregivers such as family, friends, neighbours, and others. In Europe, 80% of all care and help received by patients is provided by primary caregivers, such as family and friends. The client had made the design and UX/UI of the solution and needed a suitable and reliable partner to develop the platform for web and mobile devices. DO OK contributes to that mission with full-service custom software development support in areas of the backend, the API, frontend, and mobile apps (iOS, Android).
The Client
Relabee provides digital solutions to support caregivers through hard and stressful times. The platform helps with tasks, communication, and planning, which the user has during taking care of the person who needs special care due to illness, old age, handicap, etc. The idea behind the project was to prevent that caregivers get sick, bring some relief, and easily and quickly establish the network of helpers to never feel alone again.

Problem
The primary caregivers, (family and friends) have very hard work and many of them get stressed and sick themselves, because of the pressure. Relabee is an app that can bring some relief caregivers: establishes a network of helpers and support your relatives together.
Challenge
The client had only the design and UX/UI of the solution. They needed a suitable and reliable partner to develop the platform both on the web and for mobile devices. After a few days of meetings and discussions, both sides decided to work together with this product.
Impact and Outcomes
DOOK is responsible for the backend, the API, and the iOS and Android apps. We built together with the client an app to help primary caregivers.
